Here's a recipe worthy of great chefs ... but so easy to do. Let yourself be tempted and feast on your family!


  • For 4 people :
  • 12 scallops
  • 3 untreated oranges
  • 250 g spinach sprouts
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of fruit vinegar
  • flower of salt
  • mill pepper.


Wash the spinach sprouts and wring them out. Arrange them on the plates. Take the zest of an orange. Peel it raw and detach its quarters. Arrange them on the plates. Squeeze the juice of the other two oranges. Rinse the scallops with water and wipe them. Heat a little oil in a pan. Cook the scallops on high heat, 1 minute on each side and arrange them on the plates. Pour the vinegar into the pan and cook for a few seconds. Add the juice and the zest. Reduce to high heat for 3 minutes. Pour this sauce over scallops and spinach shoots. Salt, pepper and serve.
