Ingredients:

• 2 small rats
• 2 baby carrots
• 1 mini zucchini
• 1 C. honey
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil
• salt
• pepper.

Preparation:

Wash the vegetables. Peel the potatoes and carrot. Cut the zucchini into pieces and the potatoes into quarters. Heat the olive oil in a pan and pour in the vegetables. Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat, then add honey and thyme and caramelize. Salt, pepper and serve.
