Rabbit with polenta and spinach

Spinach ? It goes very well with a pinch of polenta and the sweetness of the rabbit! From 2 years old.


  • 30 g of polenta
  • 40 g of rabbit saddle
  • 40 g spinach
  • 1 C. white cheese
  • 1 mushroom of Paris
  • 2 hazelnuts butter
  • salt.


Cut the saddle into cubes, brown them in the pan with half the butter. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Wash, slice and slice spinach and mushroom. Add them to the rabbit and cook for a few minutes under a very low heat. Bring 40 cl of water with the remaining butter and a pinch of salt. Discard the polenta in rain, allow to thicken over low heat stirring. Pour it on a plate and put on the spinach rabbit.
